Speaking from the heart, Los Angeles-based international artist, Shane Guffogg openly describes his inspiration while creating the mysterious and sensual, 2022, "21785" oil on canvas, 40 x 36 inches which is part of the "Counting of Days" series. Through this audio diary, Guffogg explains the meaning of the title; the total number of days the artist has been alive at the point of finishing, and why this is so influential to his inquiry of creating a painting that elicits the eternal moment.
