about our guide

Elizabeth Foster is a skilled and compassionate meditation guide dedicated to helping individuals deepen their connection to themselves and the world around them. With a profound understanding of mindfulness and the transformative power of meditation, Elizabeth has spent years guiding groups and individuals toward greater inner peace and clarity.

Her work focuses on creating a space for personal growth, fostering creativity, and encouraging self-reflection. Elizabeth’s approach integrates mindfulness practices with an intuitive understanding of the unique needs of her participants, making each session both impactful and deeply restorative.

Elizabeth is a certified life coach and human design expert using several healing modalities in sessions with groups and clients. As the facilitator of El NIDO's new monthly meditation series, Elizabeth brings her expertise to the artist community, providing a sanctuary for creative minds to explore the inner states of being and align with their intentions. Her sessions are designed to inspire, support, and nurture creativity, helping participants to unlock new levels of inspiration and connection.

Elizabeth’s passion for meditation stems from her belief in its ability to transform not only individual lives but also the collective energy of communities. Her practice is rooted in the idea that meditation is a tool for balance, healing, and empowerment, especially for those on creative and spiritual journeys.

When she isn’t facilitating healing sessions, Elizabeth enjoys tea and sharing meaningful conversations about consciousness, and the beauty and depth of intentional living. She looks forward to continuing this journey with the El NIDO community throughout 2025 and beyond.
